Niki always makes it fun.
 
We laugh and train according to how my body feels each session. Its always a challenge but in the best mood lifting, happiness enhancing, dopamine inducing way.
 
I love that she challenges me physically but never doubts my ability in completing the session. This has rolled over into life and my self-belief knows no bounds.
 
I will not ever stop.
