NIKI DAY

I am a Personal Trainer based in Surrey with over 30 years of experience. I understand the body’s physiology and incorporate this into the training plans I develop.

 

My ethos has always been a personalised goal orientated plan incorporating one’s overall health and wellness into their training programmes to increase one’s longevity and health span.

 

I believe training is not just about exercise but a holistic approach that goes beyond just training and includes many aspects including nutrition, sleep, stress management and breathing.
