Hiking

Hiking through Surrey one trail at a time.

 

Research has shown that the faster we walk as we age the longer we live and whilst we like to keep a steady pace on our hikes its more about exploring our neighbourhood, socialising and improving our general health and wellbeing.

 

There are huge health benefits to hiking so please do come along and us as we walk and laugh our way through the beautiful countryside.

I hike as part of Niki's Wild Soles group and I find hiking whatever the weather with a group of like-minded people totally energising and I leave feeling full of life, nature and laughter.
 
We all know the benefits of hiking are second to none for both physical and mental health and the different terrain, varied weekly routes and great company make it something I look forward to each week.
