PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training on a 1-1 or 1-2 with targets set to improve all aspects of your health and fitness.
Together we plan your long-term goals to ensure we are steadily improving your health span and towards your personal health and fitness goals. These sessions can be done in our private home gym or in your home either face to face or online.
Nutrition advise can be provided with our inhouse Nutritionist who will tailor meal plans to your individual needs. Daily check-ins to ensure one is staying on track.
